10/22 Bolt Lock (Manual Reload Only) Scout Compliant

The Colossic 10/22 auto bolt lock is for holding the bolt closed through the firing process for the stock Ruger 10/22.  The auto bolt lock is sprung closed unless manually opened by hand to cycle the next round.  This gives the Ruger 10/22 the same functionality as a bolt action rifle.  There is no simi-auto functionality with this version.  This can make a Ruger 10/22 comply with Boy Scout rifle requirements.
